The consumer or user has 15 days to exercise this right, starting from the date the product is received by the buyer or collected by an external agency at our facilities.

The costs associated with returning the product will be the responsibility of the buyer.

By proceeding, the applicant acknowledges and exercises the Right of Withdrawal under applicable regulations.

What are the reasons for a return?

  • If you wish to return the order within 15 days of its receipt.
  • If the product is under warranty.
  • If the product is defective.
  • If the product received has damage caused by transportation.

Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we cannot return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Vibrators And Dildos

Douche/Enema Kits

Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs

Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves

Gags And Ropes

Lingerie And Men's Wear

Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

What do I do if an item is defective?

If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us.

Return Process

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED.

We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect

Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions, etc.

How do I cancel my order or change the address?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order we suggest you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery. You can also bring the unopened package back to the carrier and advise them you are refusing the delivery.

All orders are considered used once the shipping box is opened and will not be accepted back by our warehouse. Please make sure the shipping box remains sealed.

Warranty

The legal warranty means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it.

Theintimacystudio does not provide any warranty of the products on top of the one that is given by some manufacturers.

The product warranty is 1 to 5 years for most products, and it always depends on the manufacturer’s policy.

Returns, and Fraud Prevention

Verification of Returns: All returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not match the original product shipped, shows signs of use beyond what is considered normal inspection, or is damaged due to the Customer's negligence.

Please note that most of our toys come with a 1 to 5-year manufacturer’s warranty to ensure they remain in good working condition for you.

We will most definitely replace any faulty toy!

Warranty only applies when the complaint is well-founded. The complaint is well-founded if it is not caused by:

- damage due to intent or negligence (for example, water, fall and/or impact damage).

- improper use or negligent maintenance

- normal wear and/or damage due to non-observance or incorrect observance of the operating instructions.

When handling product complaints, we naturally follow the law. The legal warranty means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it.
