2. Defective Product Exchange (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

  • If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 15 days of delivery.
  • To start an exchange, log into our [Returns & Exchanges Portal] and follow the instructions.
  • You will need your order number, email address/phone number, and photos of the defect.
  • Upon verification, we will provide return instructions.
  • Products under warranty are not eligible for refunds but will be replaced with the same item.

3. Returns & Shipping Responsibility (Wrong/Damaged/Missing Items)

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the incorrect item.
