Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, of course! Your orders are carefully packaged in a plain brown box and bubble-wrapped for extra protection if necessary. They are then packed again inside the courier’s opaque pouch to seal the package.

Items are NOT listed at all.

Do I maintain privacy with my orders?

At The Intimacy Studio, we respect and understand your need for privacy.

Your personal information remains confidential and will only be used to fulfill your orders.

Ordering Products

How to place an order?

Choose the product of your liking. Once you decide on a product, click the “Add To Cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart.

You can continue shopping or click “Checkout” to complete this order. Fill in the Delivery Information and choose your Payment Method.

Review your order and click on the “Place Order” button if satisfied.

Is there a warranty for every product?

The Intimacy Studio carries a variety of products from numerous manufacturers.  While many of our products have extended warranties covered by the manufacturer, Customers are responsible for verifying the warranty period, coverage, and process, which would be indicated on the product packaging, in an insert, or online at the manufacturer’s website. 

Due to the nature of our products, The Intimacy Studio does not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Products purchased at The Intimacy Studio found defective and accompanied by the original purchase receipt may be replaced or exchanged within 15 days of purchase, excluding any shipping charges.

Customers with defective products purchased more than 15 days prior will be directed to the appropriate product manufacturer.

Return Policy

RMA (defectives)

The consumer or user has 15 days to exercise this right, starting from the date the product is received by the buyer or collected by an external agency at our facilities.

The costs associated with returning the product will be the responsibility of the buyer.

By proceeding, the applicant acknowledges and exercises the Right of Withdrawal under applicable regulations.

What are the reasons for a return?

  • If you wish to return the order within 15 days of its receipt.
  • If the product is under warranty.
  • If the product is defective.
  • If the product received has damage caused by transportation.

Our Returns Policy

We specialize in intimate products designed for personal use. Similar to how clothing retailers do not accept returns on underwear, we cannot offer refunds on our items unless they are faulty or damaged during shipping. 

This policy is in place for your protection.

Here’s why:

Our sex toys, adult products,  are shipped in high-quality, professional packaging. Unfortunately, it is often impossible to determine if these items have been opened, used, or tampered with. To maintain our health and safety standards, we cannot accept returned goods, even if a claim states the product has not been used.

Trusting such claims would mean potentially reselling "unused" items, which compromises the safety and satisfaction of our customers. We believe this is not an acceptable business practice, and we hope you agree.

Please note that most of our toys come with a 1 to 5-year manufacturer’s warranty to ensure they remain in good working condition for you.

I've changed my mind

If the parcel is still on the way to you, or it has just arrived, but you haven’t opened the courier bag yet, you can return the products for a credit voucher.

We will charge a 10% handling fee on all returns, but before we can give you a credit voucher, the parcel/item must be returned in good, sealed condition.

These checks are to ensure it has not been opened and tampered with. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty.

Faults & Returns

We will most definitely replace any faulty toy!

If you receive a defective product, exchanges for the same item or equal value can be processed HERE, within 15 days of purchase

Please email us at info@theintimacystudio.com  as soon as your toy has any problems, and we will get it sorted for you ASAP!

Ordering Status

Can I track my order? How?

Yes! Under My Account, you can see the status of your order. 

The Tracking Number of your parcel is automatically sent through the courier’s system-generated text to your mobile number or e-mail address – which you can track on the courier’s website.

What is the delivery time?

If the delivery time is longer than 5 working days due to insufficient stock, we will contact you via email.

Can I also pick up the products?

The Intimacy Studio is a webshop and, therefore, does not have a physical store. Therefore, picking up products is not possible.

My Account

Where can I change my personal information?

Go to the desktop version of the site. At the upper right corner of The Intimacy Studio website, click on the “LOG IN” tab. Click on “PROFILE” to proceed. Edit your account details until you’re satisfied. Click SAVE CHANGES when you’re done.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Customer accounts let you log in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email.

A password isn't required to log in.
